Gordy Link is the President and CEO of WCC Business Solutions, a company founded in 1976 by his father Gordon Link. In 2015, Gordy took the helm by acquiring WCC, dedicated to preserving and expanding its legacy as a customer-focused organization poised for sustained growth.

Under Gordy’s leadership, WCC Business Solutions has evolved into a dynamic force in business process solutions. He emphasizes the development of a cohesive team of leaders committed to enhancing organizational depth and customer-centricity. Through innovative training and development initiatives, Gordy has cultivated a workforce dedicated to delivering custom solutions that drive cost efficiency and scalability, enabling significant client growth.

Raised in Tarpon Springs, Gordy attributes his strong family values to his upbringing. He shares his life with his wife Darlene and their daughter. Beyond the boardroom, Gordy cherishes time spent with family and friends, indulging his passion for the outdoors hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Austin serves as the Vice President of Sales at WCC Business Solutions, bringing over 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams and delivering innovative technology solutions across the Greater Tampa Bay area. Much of his career was spent at Ricoh USA, where he played a key role in developing go-to-market strategies for major healthcare providers in Southwest Florida. Known for building customer-focused sales teams and forging impactful strategic partnerships, Austin is dedicated to offering industry-leading solutions that empower businesses to thrive in Tampa Bay and beyond.

Austin has been married to his beautiful wife, Barbie, for over 30 years, and together they take pride in being the best Aunt and Uncle to their large extended family. In his free time, he enjoys entertaining family and friends, cheering on Chicago sports teams, and perfecting his smoked BBQ recipes.

Bob Skene is the VP of Operations for WCC Business Solutions. He has more than thirty years experience in the office machine industry, ten of those working directly for manufacturers as a Technical Manager and a Trainer. At WCC, he oversees the Service Techs, Dispatch, Parts, Help Desk and Supply management.

Bob is a firm believer in our company core values and is constantly striving to provide the best customer service possible.

Bob has been married to his wonderful wife Mary for more than 25 years. When he’s not working he enjoys spending time with family and friends, grilling, cooking and entertaining.

Terry is a seasoned accounting professional with over 20 years of experience in diverse financial operations, specializing in service industry financial reporting. Proven track record in optimizing financial processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing strategic financial insights to support informed decision-making in complex accounting environments. Skilled in utilizing various accounting software and systems, with a strong understanding of GAAP principles and best practices. Successfully implemented new accounting systems, streamlining processes and improving financial reporting timeliness to identify and address potential financial risks and mitigating potential losses.
