This company is outstanding!  I have bought and leased equipment from them for over 20 years!  Years ago we had a huge printing project over a weekend and one of our printers was having an issue. I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the team of WCC for 15 plus years of great customer service. I have had limited business interruptions in that time until a small hiccup recently.
I was in the process of printing a massive number of archived records and within 30 minutes our printer locked up. I called WCC immediately because we were under a tight timeline. I had 3 of their team members working to resolve the issue so there was no down time. I later found out it was a software issue on our end and not a fault of equipment but either way they gave no excuses and remotely fixed issue. I would never change who we use based on the incredible service we receive.
